Creation Galant author’s atelier is run by its creator Stefan Galerno, an artist and sculptor who masterfully masters the casting technique and the skills of a real jeweler. He is an architect and interior designer by training, and before founding his atelier in Normandy in 2006, he worked for more than twenty years as a creative director with the largest Parisian design studios. In October 2022, the artist’s colleagues entrusted him with the post of president of the professional community – Sindicat d’Ateliers d’Art de France.
The works of Stefan Galerno are absolutely unique, as is his technique. Metal casting in his hands turns into objects full of sculptural dignity, into outlandish birds, fish, plants … Their calling is to decorate our world, giving artistic meaning to quite functional things like candlesticks, vases, frames for photographs, miniature lamps or lamps …
